Even if your worse day, please try to think 3 Good Things to remember with happiness. :-)
From my day, here you are:
1) tea with Old Bean
2) creating nevah-before-worn-outfit
3) meerkat looking at the sky
These are 3 Good Things I see and experience today.
This day like a mixed nut bag, some nuts I don't like, for example, sadness. But still, 3 Good Things.
